Conference Guidelines
Registration Guidelines
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will open at 08:00 AM on the first day of the conference and will remain operational throughout the event. Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration upon arrival and collect their conference materials.
Conference Materials
All registered participants will receive:
• Official Conference Badge
• Conference Program Book
• Conference Kit & Folder
• Abstract Book (Digital or Printed, where applicable)
• Participant Materials and Resources
Onsite Assistance
Dedicated conference coordinators and support staff will be available throughout the event to assist participants with registration, scheduling, venue information, technical support, and general inquiries.
Meals & Refreshments
Lunch, coffee breaks, and refreshments will be provided according to the official conference schedule. Participants are requested to wear their conference badges at all times to access conference sessions and facilities.
Speaker Guidelines
Presentation Schedule
Speakers are requested to arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their presentation.
Presentation Duration
Oral presentations are allocated 20–25 minutes, including presentation time, discussion, and Q&A. Speakers are encouraged to adhere to the allotted schedule to ensure smooth session management.
Official Language
The official language of the conference is English.
Presentation Format
Presentations should be prepared in one of the following formats:
• Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX)
• PDF Format
Slides should be professionally designed, visually clear, and easily readable for all attendees.
Presentation Submission
To facilitate technical preparation and session coordination, presenters are requested to submit their final presentation at least 15 days prior to the conference.
Speakers are also advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive.
Technical Facilities
Presentation rooms will be equipped with:
• Computer/Laptop
• LCD Projector
• Projection Screen
• Wireless Presenter
• Microphone and Audio System
• Internet Access (subject to venue availability)
Technical Support
Technical staff will be available throughout the conference to assist presenters with audiovisual requirements and presentation setup.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Format
Posters should be professionally designed and clearly communicate the objectives, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions of the research.
Poster Dimensions
Maximum poster display size:
1 Meter (Width) × 1 Meter (Height)
Poster Display
Presenters are responsible for bringing printed posters and displaying them in the designated poster exhibition area according to the conference schedule.
Presenter Attendance
Authors are expected to be present during their assigned poster session to discuss their work, answer questions, and engage with attendees and reviewers.
Poster Removal
Posters should be removed at the conclusion of the conference. The organizing committee cannot assume responsibility for materials left behind after the event.
Best Poster Presentation Award
Outstanding poster presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, and selected presenters will be recognized during the Closing Ceremony.
Certification & Awards
Conference Certificates
All registered participants will receive official certificates according to their participation category, including:
• Speaker Certificate
• Delegate Certificate
• Poster Presenter Certificate
• Session Chair Certificate
• Organizing Committee Certificate (where applicable)
Certificate Information
Certificates will be prepared based on the information provided during registration. Participants are encouraged to verify the accuracy of their name, affiliation, and presentation details before the conference.
Certificate Distribution
Certificates will be distributed during the conference or immediately following the participant’s session.
E-Certificates
Digital certificates will be emailed within 3–7 working days after the conference.

To recognize outstanding scientific contributions and presentation excellence, the conference will present:
• Best Oral Presentation Award
• Best Poster Presentation Award
• Young Researcher Award
• Outstanding Speaker Award
• Excellence in Power & Energy Engineering Award
Award recipients will be announced and honored during the Closing Ceremony.
